The Free Store is a project of the Catalyst Network of Communities, a non-profit 501c(3) in Long Beach, Ca. The mission of Catalyst is to connect people around shared interests and to affect their neighborhood in a positive way.

We are now OPEN at our New Location - in the 2nd unit from the end at the Art Exchange Building on 3rd Street between Elm and Long Beach Blvd.
Currently we are open Thursdays from 4pm to 9pm and Saturdays from 11am to 3pm. We will add more days & hours when we have the staff to run it. We are looking for Volunteers.
You must be a member to donate to or shop the Free Store - Membership is Free with a brief Orientation.
New Member Orientations are held when we are open :
Thursdays at 5pm / 6pm / 7pm & 8pm
Saturdays at 12pm / 1pm & 2pm
It takes about 15 minutes.
